Telemune commits to deploying its Managed VAS offering within a maximum of 8 weeks for a single location. The Managed VAS offering may comprise multiple VAS Apps – and the deployment timeframe remains 7 weeks.
For multiple locations, Telemune will determine the deployment timeframe, together with the customer. As an indication, Telemune rolled out CRBT across 30 geographies within a 12 week period for one operator.
Telemune provides 24x7 support with clear severity and escalation procedures. We deploys onsite support for all Managed VAS engagements. This ensures that our operator customers and their end user customers enjoy an excellent level of service.
